After battling her own weight and mindset for many years, Sarah woke up one morning and decided to regain control of her life and her health. In doing this, she was able to lose 20kg, reduce severe inflammation within her body, improve her gut health, increase her fitness and reduce ongoing fatigue.
Making these positive changes gave her new lease on life and a brand new outlook. Throughout her own journey, Sarah discovered a strong interest and passion in all things health and nutrition which in turn, took her back to uni to study Nutritional Medicine and become a nutritionist. Now a fully qualified and accredited nutritionist, she endeavours to help others with their health and wellbeing as she knows how hard it can be to just take that first step out of the comfortable rut we tend to fid ourselves stuck in.
Private Practice
With a strong focus on weight loss and the roadblocks that go with it (think hormones, gut health and stress to name a few), Sarah now works in private practice in Essendon helping others turn their lives around to bringing them to back to or into optimal health using evidence based practice.
